Awakened Heart meditation sangha meets one Sunday per month from 7:20-8:30pm (session begins at 7:30pm) at Healium Hot Yoga in Bay View. Tea, cookies and meditation guidance will be provided. Whether you're seasoned or aspiring, all are welcome!

About The Event
Healium Hot Yoga has opened its doors to our meditation community! All meditators, seasoned and aspiring, are welcome to join the group one Sunday per month from 7:30-8:30pm following the Candlelight Vinyasa class. Plan to arrive around 7:15/20 to settle in. Tea, snacks and guided meditation will be provided. As always, anticipate a new theme and a variety of techniques offered each month. Feel free to bring your meditation cushion, pillow or bench.
The sangha appreciates cash or check donations to keep things growing and flowing! Space is limited, so RSVP and feel free to bring your friends!
