Equinox Donation Yoga Class for ABCs & Rice in Cambodia

The Spring Equinox is a time of rebirth as we move out of winter hibernation and into the light. The (usually) warmer weather gives way to growth and an invitation to nurture seeds of intention, or sankalpa, for the new season. Join Jess for an energizing vinyasa flow that blends balance and heat, followed by time for rest and meditation as we emerge into spring! Members of the Heart sangha will be volunteering their time at a non-profit school (ABCs and Rice in Cambodia) to give back to this community. We are raising funds on behalf of the school in order to make public education a reality for the children of Siem Reap.
